Outgoing Mail
Postal Charge Slips/Stickers
In order for Mailing Systems to charge departments for postage, departments are required to have a Master Purchase Requisition, approved by the Controller's office, on file with Mailing Systems. All mailings that require postage must have a postal charge slip or "stickie" attached. Please submit the "Stickies" Order Form to order more PR Stickers. Please allow 3 business days for processing.Classes of Mail
